Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer entry required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for the location.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assess customer need for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and provide customer education regarding products/services.
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze patient orders.
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients.
• Help with the training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts for dosage and frequency.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
