Reliable Medical is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to deliver exemplary service to customers, referral sources and internal teams. You will handle order intake, documentation, and provide clear information on equipment usage, insurance, billing, and delivery timelines.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA/HQAA regulations while supporting a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient using computers; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to interact pleasantly with customers and referral sources.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/HQAA regulations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in-person or by phone with prompt, courteous service.
• Complete order intake and collect customer information for timely processing.
• Provide equipment usage info, safety guidelines, billing practices, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with team to meet customer needs and gather required documentation.
• Handle paperwork, authorizations, and funding criteria as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA/HQAA compliance and proper handling of information.
