Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verifications, contacting referrals, and maintaining referral logs to ensure accurate customer records and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.

• Takes orders and obtains accurate billing information; handles OTC sales.
