Job summary

MedXpress, part of the MSA family, seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at our Home Medical Equipment location in Lexington, SC. You will handle referrals, order processing, billing information, and over-the-counter sales while supporting inventory and record-keeping processes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED accepted) and may have prior medical office experience. A valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and company-required auto-liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Receive written and verbal communications from referral sources and customers.
• Take orders and obtain accurate billing information; perform over-the-counter sales.
• Manage inventory and maintain complete customer records.
