Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center or telephone-based customer service role is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, medical office operations, or familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer and provider calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process documentation, maintain both electronic and paper records, and perform accurate data entry.
• Track and manage all forms of correspondence, requests, and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative materials as required by management.
• Maintain organized filing systems to support record retention policies.
• Collaborate on team projects and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and company confidentiality standards in every aspect of work.
