Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of call center, data entry, or office experience.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience within the last 12 months.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Word proficiency test at 80% or higher and an alphanumeric data entry assessment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for a 6-week training period and subsequent regular shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews with patients in both English and Spanish, using standardized CAHPS and other healthcare survey scripts.
• Enter patient responses accurately and promptly while actively listening to ensure correct data capture.
• Verify key details such as healthcare provider information and discharge dates during each interview.
• Encourage patient participation by communicating courteously and empathetically.
• Escalate unresolved questions or complex issues to management as needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines throughout all interactions.
• Maintain focus and professionalism during designated onsite work shifts.
