Qualified Staffing in McDonough, GA is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support operations for our client. The role handles patient interactions, scheduling, and front desk duties.

You will maintain HIPAA compliance, process payments, and assist patients with intake forms. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; immunization requirements apply before onboarding. Weekly pay and benefits accompany this entry-level healthcare support position.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of administrative or clerical experience.
• Strong customer service and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience in a medical or public health setting is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients and healthcare providers, including interpretation if bilingual.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Assist clients with intake forms and navigating services.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily funds, and enter client data accurately into the system.
• Support front desk operations and adapt to changing procedures.
• Serve as liaison and advocate for patients when needed.
• Stay current on medical terminology and procedures.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
