Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience or a combination equal to six (6) years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinical facilities.
• Enter, update and maintain data from provider applications into the credentialing database, focusing on accuracy.
• Monitor files to ensure completeness and accuracy; review all file documentation for compliance.
• Communicate clearly with providers and Medical Staff Affairs.
• Coordinate travel for site visits, including bookings and itineraries.
• Order office supplies, process purchase orders and complete invoicing.
• Maintain databases for potential and past candidates.
• Schedule meetings and prepare materials and minutes.
