Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or business-related area.
• Two years of progressively responsible administrative and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, recordkeeping, and business writing; ability to communicate effectively and exercise discretion with confidential material.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational support for SWAID services.
• Review and coordinate faculty and resident PTO requests for clinical coverage.
• Manage EPIC template builds and schedule maintenance for multiple clinics.
• Coordinate clinical operations and reporting for Adult Psychiatry, Health & Wellness, and SWAID clinics.
• Coordinate and manage department credentialing, recredentialing, privileging, and payor enrollment activities.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and invoices and monitor deadlines.
• Maintain communication with the Senior Clinical Administrator regarding priorities and issues.
