Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking an organized and analytical professional to coordinate academic program operations, curriculum management, and assessment activities. You will support faculty and leadership, manage records, and assist in accreditation readiness.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, prioritization, and effective communication within an academic setting. Preferred experience with Banner, PeopleSoft, DegreeWorks, and Microsoft Office will help you drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1 year related experience, or 5 years combined education/experience.
• Strong organizational and analytic skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with student information systems and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations, scheduling, instructional processes and workflows.
• Manage curriculum activities: development, revisions, approvals, scheduling, records.
• Provide operational support to faculty and academic leadership for instructional activities and communications.
• Coordinate assessment and quality improvement data collection and reporting.
• Support accreditation activities and documentation readiness.
• Assist with governance activities, records, and follow-up for curriculum and programs.
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation for operations and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders.
