Flying Horse Capital is seeking a hands-on Controller for its healthcare services portfolio company located between Chicago Heights and Plainfield. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the accounting function, manage a small team, and own the financial close to deliver accurate GAAP reporting.

You will partner with the Director of Revenue Cycle Management to align billing with accounting, improve reconciliations, and provide visibility into revenue and cash flow.

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare accounting experience is required.
• Experience close to month-end close and GAAP reporting.
• Multi-payer environment knowledge (Medicare/Medicaid) preferred.

• Lead accounting team and strengthen internal controls.
