Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting or external audit experience is a plus.
• CPA preferred; prior accounting leadership experience within a middle-market healthcare organization required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for multiple entities with GAAP reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning with executive leadership.
• Manage healthcare revenue accounting, including reimbursement accounting and payer reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for audits, lenders, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.
• Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration-related financial analysis.
• Oversee treasury functions, fixed assets, lease accounting, and other technical accounting matters.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and key insights for leadership and investors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving process improvements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for audits, lenders, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, purchase accounting, integration efforts, and financial analysis
• Oversee treasury functions, banking relationships, fixed assets, lease accounting, and other technical accounting matters
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages, financial analyses, and key insights for leadership and investors
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving operational efficiencies and continuous process improvements
