HealthTrust Workforce Solutions seeks a Contract Recruiter in Salt Lake City to source USA-domestic clinical staff for HCA and external facilities, building pools from multiple channels and coordinating with leadership to recruit efficiently.

You will engage candidates, explain onboarding and credentialing processes, and support fast-paced, high-volume hiring across the Mountain Division.

Formación

• 2+ years proven success in high-volume hospital healthcare recruitment.
• Experience managing 70–90 requisitions concurrently.
• Experience with ATS/CMS systems.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities.
• Build a pool of passive and active candidates from multiple sources.
• Coordinate with the manager to recruit efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Inform candidates about position requirements, onboarding, credentialing, and community offerings.
