The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or construction management with at least 5 years in commercial construction, including healthcare projects. Travel to sites and strong communication skills are essential.

• Experience in commercial construction, including healthcare projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Studies specifications to plan procedures and staffing for each phase.
• Develops and uses look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager.
• Directs procurement of tools and materials to meet work schedules.
• Interfaces with clients, subcontractors, and trades to prevent delays.
• Monitors progress and costs, adjusting schedules as needed.
