Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC in Hawaii seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead new and renovation projects from $100,000 to $50,000,000, ensuring adherence to Quality Control and Safety Plans.

The role requires planning, scheduling, cost control, and project direction from concept through close-out, with supervision of site personnel and coordination among subs and consultants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management for medical facilities experience required.
• BS or MS in Engineering/Construction Management preferred.
• ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) preferred.
• The American Hospital Association's CHC certification may be accepted in lieu of the HCC.

Responsibilities

• Generate project site deliverables, planning, logistics, contract administration, cost management, time management, quality control and safety management.
• Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, design consultants and staff to complete projects on time and under budget.
• Serve as Project Superintendent, CQM, and/or SSHO as assigned based on project requirements.
• Perform CQM/SSHO duties and ensure QC and safety requirements are documented.
• Oversee and document all project site operations to ensure contract compliance.
