Job summary

Jobot in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Procore. A Bachelor's degree in construction-related field is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control abilities.
• Experience coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers and design teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every project.
• Lead project meetings and maintain rigorous documentation.
