Job summary

CORE Construction is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects throughout Idaho and, when needed, the broader Mountain West region.

The role has primary responsibility for the financial, technical, operational, and client-service success of multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500,000 to $50 million, including hospitals, ambulatory centers, imaging facilities, and clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, including healthcare projects.
• Experience managing construction within occupied healthcare facilities.
• Experience with multiple concurrent small- to mid-sized projects and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover and owner training.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and change management.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty healthcare systems.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and project engineers; maintain client relationships.
