Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an On-site Construction Project Manager to oversee daily construction of medical facilities, with project scopes from $100,000 to $50,000,000, ensuring adherence to Quality Control and Safety Plans. The role requires 5+ years in construction PM for medical facilities, with ASHE HCC preferred or CHC accepted in lieu of HCC.

BS/MS in Engineering/Construction Management preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of construction PM for medical facilities.
• ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate preferred.
• CHC certification may be accepted in lieu of the HCC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project site operations to ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate between contractors, design consultants and staff.
• Develop and monitor the progress schedule and cost tracking.
• Manage direct labor and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain safety and quality controls per plans.
