Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Service Order Project Manager to lead complex repair projects for healthcare facilities. You will develop SOWs, review proposals, and coordinate staffing, budgets, and schedules with FMD and government stakeholders.

The role requires strong PM skills and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include directing project teams, maintaining weekly status reports, and ensuring proper permitting and closeout procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Experience in health care construction and PM in a hospital environment.
• Knowledge of NFPA, EPA, TJC, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOWs and plan project activities to meet objectives and funding.
• Review RFPs/RFQs, determine timelines and staffing requirements.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders and staff.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to stay on schedule and budget.
• Develop weekly project status reports for management briefing.
• Coordinate with base authorities for permits and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance for construction and facilities management.
• Close out with walkthroughs, punch lists, and final documentation.
