Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Service Order Project Manager to lead repair projects, develop SOWs, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure schedule and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare construction, strong communication, and proficiency with NFPA/OSHA codes, DoD standards, and PMBOK guidance; must read/write English and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in health care construction, renovation, and maintenance and repair project management in a hospital environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Working knowledge of P&Ls and budgets.
• Must be able to read and interpret general business materials and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Scope of Work (SOW) and planning for service order and project activities.
• Review RFPs/RFQs to determine timeframe and resources.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders and staff.
• Develop market research for ITB and recommend bids.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure on-schedule delivery and within budget.
