Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to plan, direct and coordinate multiple projects.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and SOW review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare construction is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Total responsibility for construction project management including labor, materials, schedule and budget.
• Manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Develop construction plans and schedules and assist in bid pricing.
• Oversee projects from kickoff to completion and provide status reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality control across sites.
