Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for multifamily projects in Falls Church, VA.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, and coordinate with clients, subs, and internal staff to deliver projects on time. The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, a degree or equivalent, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial construction with GC experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to multi-task on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver multifamily construction on time and within budget.
• Maintain safety and ensure required documentation.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate RFPs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Hold regular owner meetings and produce monthly reports.
• Collaborate with subs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings and ensure quality control from start to close.
• Closeout efficiently and document lessons learned.
