SIRIS LLC in Cheyenne, WY seeks a Construction Administrator to support an EHRM modernization project at the VA Medical Center. The role reports to the Program Director and collaborates with VA staff to support construction activities, generate reports, and serve as a client-side representative.

Responsibilities include maintaining PTRs, reviewing designs for accuracy, preparing submissions, and advising COR on design feasibility, long-lead items, and cost-saving options.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of field CM experience.
• Seven (7) years in management of facility construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, Architecture, or Engineering (or 15+ years substitute).
• Working knowledge of QA, Safety, Time, Cost, Change and Information Management.
• Experience monitoring construction for QA.
• Three projects of the scale and difficulty at which he/she held a similar position.
• Strong communication, language, and software skills for monitoring and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate dates in PTR and EHRM design-construction records.
• Assist with EHRM project contracts, IGE, SOW, and funding documents.
• Maintain PTRs per HEFP, SEP Guidance, and PTR User Guide.
• Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and constructability; support government reviews.
• Provide written comments to COR and compile summaries of reviews.
• Advise COR and A/Es on long-lead items and constructability.
• Verify designs comply with government standards and scope of work.
• Analyze shop drawings and advise on labor and materials availability.
• Contribute to cost-reducing alternatives and value engineering workshops.
