Job summary

CORE Construction in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget.

The role involves managing occupied environments, coordinating with clinical leadership, facilities, and trade partners, and delivering projects ranging from small renovations to new builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, with at least 3 years directly managing healthcare projects.
• Experience managing construction within occupied and operational healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, change management, commissioning, and turnover.
• CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction and planning through construction, commissioning, closeout, turnover, and owner training.
• Maintain responsibility for project budgets, GC costs, schedules, procurement plans, controls, change management, pay apps, and financial reporting.
• Review plans for constructability, scope coordination, sequencing, completeness, and risk.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and field leadership to align safety, quality, schedule, budget, logistics, and owner expectations.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and healthcare systems with project partners.
