Job summary

CORE Construction is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, with occasional Mountain West work. You will oversee financial, technical, operational, and client-service success for multiple concurrent projects ranging from small renovations to large new facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction project management, including 3+ years in healthcare settings, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, including at least 3 years directly managing healthcare projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent small- to mid-sized projects, including renovations, tenant improvements, additions, expansions, and/or new construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore; familiarity with other scheduling and construction-management platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring financial, schedule, and quality performance.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, procurements, subcontracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clinical leaders, facilities teams, and trade partners to maintain patient care and facility operations during construction.
• Plan shutdowns, utility tie-ins, and life-safety measures; ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and lead junior project team members and ensure alignment with CORE's values.
