Job summary

CORE Construction seeks a Preconstruction Manager to lead healthcare project preconstruction in Flagstaff, AZ. You will oversee design coordination, estimates, and trade partner collaboration, ensuring alignment with project goals and healthcare standards.

You will manage multiple projects, develop early-stage cost models, and drive value engineering while maintaining client relationships and professional representation of CORE.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Certified healthcare construction credentials required.
• ICRA certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts and develop estimates and options.
• Coordinate with Senior and Assistant Preconstruction Managers.
• Oversee bid processes, trade coordination, and schedules.
• Develop early cost models and value engineering strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and handoff to operations.
