Job summary

CORE Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, with occasional Mountain West travel.

You will oversee financial, technical, operational, and client-service success on multiple concurrent projects valued from mid six figures to multi-million dollars. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and turnover while coordinating with hospital staff and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, with 3+ years in healthcare projects.
• Experience managing construction within occupied healthcare facilities.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects (renovations, expansions, new builds).
• Strong knowledge of MEP, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and turnover processes.
• Experience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-service skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam; other CM platforms a plus.
• Valid driver's license; regular travel in Northern Arizona and Mountain West.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover, including owner training.
• Manage budgets, GCs, cost forecasts, schedules, procurement, and change management.
• Review plans for constructability, scope, sequencing, and risk; ensure compliance.
• Develop detailed schedules integrating milestones, inspections, and turnovers.
• Negotiate subcontracts and manage trade-partner performance and submittals.
• Coordinate with field leadership to align safety, quality, schedule, and client expectations.
