Job summary

CORE Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in Flagstaff/Northern Arizona and, as needed, the Mountain West.

You will oversee financial, technical, and client-service success of multiple concurrent projects ranging from renovations to new construction in hospitals, clinics, and related facilities. Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project-management experience, including healthcare projects.
• Experience managing construction within occupied and operational healthcare facilities.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and turnover knowledge.
• CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout and turnover.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, procurement plans, and financial reporting.
• Review plans for constructability and risk; coordinate with trade partners.
• Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders; monitor trade performance.
• Coordinate with clinical and facilities teams to ensure patient care continuity.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold CORE values.
