Job summary

CORE Construction is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects throughout Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, with occasional Mountain West assignments. You will oversee financial, technical, operational, and client-service success of multiple concurrent projects ranging from renovations to new construction.

This role requires strong leadership, budget and schedule control, and collaboration with healthcare owners, design teams, and field staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, including healthcare projects.
Experience managing construction within occupied healthcare facilities.
CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction to turnover.
Manage budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and change management.
Review plans and contract documents for constructability and risk.
Coordinate with site leadership to align safety, quality, schedule, and owner expectations.
Ensure continuity of patient care and facility operations during construction.
Lead client communications and project reporting.
