Job summary

CORE Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Tucson and Southern Arizona, with potential regional work in the Mountain West.

You will be responsible for budgets, schedules, procurement, and owner relations on multiple concurrent projects in occupied healthcare settings. The role requires at least 5 years in commercial construction project management with healthcare experience and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, including healthcare facilities.
• Experience managing construction within occupied healthcare environments.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent small-to-mid sized projects (renovations, TI, new construction).

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover and owner training.
• Manage budgets, costs, schedules, subcontracts, and procurement.
• Coordinate with trade partners, vendors, and facility stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and patient care continuity.
• Provide owner communications on status, risk, and financial performance.
