Job summary

CORE Construction in Arizona is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead multiple healthcare construction initiatives across Arizona and the Mountain West, ensuring financial, technical, operational, and client-service success on projects from $500k to $50M.

You will coordinate with clinical stakeholders, facilities teams, and trade partners, oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, and mentor project staff while maintaining patient-care continuity in occupied settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction PM experience, with 3+ years leading healthcare projects.
• Experience managing projects in occupied healthcare facilities; multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, client-service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from preconstruction to turnover, ensuring budgets and schedules.
• Manage subcontracts, procurement, RFIs, and change management.
• Coordinate with field leadership to align safety, quality, and budget.
• Support continuity of patient care during construction in occupied facilities.
• Develop and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to owners.
