Job summary

CORE Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Arizona and the broader Mountain West.

You will be responsible for financial performance, technical execution, and client service on multiple concurrent projects ranging from small renovations to large new facilities. You will oversee preconstruction, planning, procurement, and turnover while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project-management experience including healthcare facilities.
• Experience managing projects in occupied/operational healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of CMAR/Design-Build delivery methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover and owner training.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontracts, and change management.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership, facilities, and trade partners to ensure patient care continuity.
