Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Community Relations Director for Royalton Place in Milwaukie, OR. You will lead Sales and Marketing efforts to attract residents, exceed occupancy goals, and build a network with healthcare partners.

Responsibilities include tours, follow-up on inquiries, developing referrals from social workers, case managers, physicians, and religious leaders; organizing monthly events; and promoting Cascade Living's mission.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• History of hitting or exceeding occupancy and move-in goals.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community professionally.
• Strong communication with staff, residents and families.
• Deep knowledge of competitors and community sources.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on inquiries and staying in contact with warm leads.
• Conduct tours for prospects on-site at the community.
• Develop relationships and referrals with social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.
• Organizes targeted special events on a monthly basis.
• Conducts competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
