Cascades of Bremerton is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing efforts, generate leads, conduct on-site tours, and build relationships with social workers, physicians, and community partners. You will promote our mission and manage events while driving occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong CRM use, communications skills, and the ability to coordinate move-ins with a focus on exceptional resident experiences. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/marketing, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
• Proven track record meeting occupancy and move-in goals.
• Experience generating leads via outreach, networking, advertising, and community marketing.
• Strong telephone sales skills and ability to convert inquiries to tours.
• Ability to build relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Experience conducting community tours and presenting features to prospects.
• Knowledge of consultative sales, closing strategies, and CRM systems.
• Ability to assess needs and coordinate move-ins.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience tracking leads and maintaining sales records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/lead management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Achieve required leads by following up on inquiries and nurturing warm leads.
• Conduct on-site tours for prospects.
• Develop relationships and referrals with social workers, physicians, nurses, therapists, and community leaders.
• Organize targeted events monthly.
• Perform competitor analysis and tours of competitor communities.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
