Bozeman Health is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to support leaders in planning, directing, organizing, and monitoring department services within regulatory and budgetary constraints. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare workflows and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field; or equivalent management experience (4+ years).
• Two (2) years of management, supervisory or clinic coordinator experience in a healthcare setting, including at least one year of managing and implementing projects and execution experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assists leaders with directs broad operations to ensure the provision of comprehensive departmental services in compliance with all regulatory agencies and hospital requirements. Implement operational and tactical roadmaps.
• Assists leaders to ensure a collaborative departmental approach to operational planning, care/service design and development of organizational policies, which reflect the mission of the organization.
• Coordinates and assists with oversight of departmental services. Continuously assesses, measures and improves departmental performance.
• Demonstrates responsible management of all departmental resources.
• Demonstrates clinical/technical and managerial competency.
• Leads, teaches, inspires, helps and consistently demonstrates hospital behavioral standards.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
