Job summary

You will lead the Patient Service Coordinator team, the Clinical Supervisor, and the Referral/VA Specialist, aligning staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years healthcare management experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, billing, LEAN processes, and revenue cycle.
• Strong communication skills with budget management experience.
• Experience in staff engagement and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations daily including patient access and schedule utilization.
• Lead PSC Team, Clinical Supervisor, and Referral/VA Specialist.
• Develop and manage budgets and policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve workflows and patient experience; manage incidentals.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Represent clinic with external partners and government agencies.
• Ensure safety and emergency preparedness compliance.
• Support analytical activities related to ACO/APM relationships.
