Job summary

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is seeking an organized administrative professional to provide confidential, technical, and clerical support to the Director of Nursing and the nursing department.

The role requires familiarity with EMR systems, medical terminology, and strong written and verbal communication; you will help coordinate scheduling, training, data entry, and preparation of reports, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Track and trend prenatal patient data from inception to 6 weeks post-partum.
• Assist with delegating tasks to Clinical Service Managers and ensuring follow through.
• Assist with new clinic openings, including equipment and medication research for new specialty areas.
• Assist as needed in clinics while staff are on PTO.
• Assist with QI chart audits and updating training materials.
• Coordinate vaccine data entry with nurse managers.
