Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or equivalent.
5+ years of healthcare operations or account/client management experience.
Strong command of healthcare data analytics and performance guarantee models.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of population health and healthcare utilization data and articulate results.
Participate in new health center implementations and launches.
Manage contractual requirements including renewals and escalations.
Identify revenue growth opportunities with existing clients across populations, centers, products and services.
Define and leverage the coverage model for assigned clients.
Coordinate with marketing to develop client engagement plans and incentives.
Deliver client reporting and maintain open communications with clinical staff.
