Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; alternative education and experience considered.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience in healthcare or service settings.
• Prior healthcare experience or customer service background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and staff to ensure high quality care and customer service.
• Manage patient flow, registrations, check-out and service standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support optimal clinical outcomes and patient experience.
