Job summary

STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join our North Texas program management and construction management team, with roles in Houston, Austin, or Dallas. You will lead healthcare capital projects from planning through closeout, coordinating with clients, design pros, contractors, and internal leadership.

You will ensure scope, schedule, budget, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational needs are met, while maintaining quality and client service in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (construction/engineering/architecture or related).
• 5–8 years of healthcare construction, capital improvement, facilities, or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of healthcare capital projects including scope, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
• Coordinate design and construction activities with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, meeting records, action items, and progress reports.
• Facilitate client, user group, and project team meetings with agendas, decisions, follow-ups, and clear communication.
• Monitor project progress and manage changes to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and closeout materials.
