STV Construction Incorporated is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join our Program Management and Construction Management team in North Texas. You will lead complex capital healthcare projects, coordinating across disciplines and ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.

The role covers planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high-quality patient care environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare construction or capital improvement projects (5–8 years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through full life cycle from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk logs.
• Coordinate design and construction with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead meetings and track actions, prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
