STV, Inc. seeks a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex capital programs in North Texas and beyond, including Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin.

This senior role partners with executives and clinical teams to drive project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will guide projects from planning through commissioning, balancing operational needs with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required; advanced degree or licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare construction, capital improvement, or complex facility project leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple healthcare projects or programs, aligning resources and plans with client goals.
• Serve as primary client interface and trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Lead project teams through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout with focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Establish governance structures, escalation protocols, and communication routines to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage project financial performance, including budget development, forecasting, and procurement strategy.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect operations, regulatory compliance, schedule, and outcomes.
