STV is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare capital programs across North Texas and Austin, guiding projects from planning through closeout with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with executives, facilities leaders, clinical teams and designers to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, quality and compliance, while maintaining safety and operations throughout project lifecycles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare construction or complex facilities projects.
• Experience serving as primary client representative.
• Understanding of healthcare facilities planning and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple healthcare projects or programs.
• Serve as primary client interface with executives, facilities leadership, clinical stakeholders, and project partners.
• Lead project teams through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish governance structures, escalation protocols, decision-making frameworks, and communication routines.
• Managing project financial performance, including budget development, forecasting, change management, procurement strategy, and contract administration support.
• Identify and mitigating project and program-level risks to protect client operations, regulatory compliance, schedule performance, and overall project success.
