STV, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager focused on MEP infrastructure to join our program and construction management team in North Texas with bases in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin.

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver MEP upgrades in active healthcare environments and partner with clinicians, facilities leaders, designers, and contractors to keep critical work moving forward. You will work on projects from planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with patient safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting or managing healthcare construction or facilities infrastructure projects.
• Experience in active or occupied healthcare environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling or project controls tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of healthcare capital projects, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, healthcare stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, reports, and client presentations.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure project progress aligns with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change-related items; review documentation and submittals.
