STV seeks a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex capital programs for hospitals and health systems in North Texas, Houston, or Austin. The role champions strategic delivery, guiding projects from planning through closeout with senior stakeholders and internal partners.

Candidates should have 10+ years in healthcare construction, strong leadership, and a track record of safeguarding operations, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for healthcare capital programs and align resources with client goals.
• Act as primary client interface with senior executives and facilities leadership.
• Lead projects through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout with safety, quality, schedule, and cost focus.
• Establish governance, escalation, and communication routines for stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and procurement strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect operations and schedule.
