Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated in North Texas is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare capital programs from planning through closeout. You will act as the primary client representative, directing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk across multiple projects, and interfacing with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree or professional licensure is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing healthcare construction or capital improvement projects, including leadership of large or complex healthcare projects.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a primary client representative with authority to make project decisions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequencing, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee healthcare project and program delivery in coordination with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Establish project objectives, execution strategies, and performance metrics.
• Authorize and manage project‑level decisions related to scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure consistent application of best practices and delivery standards.
• Provide representation in client meetings, public forums, and industry engagements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
