Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex hospital capital programs in North Texas, with option to base in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin. As a senior delivery leader, you will partner with executives, facilities and clinical teams to drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction across planning, design, construction, commissioning and closeout.

This role demands strategic vision, strong governance, and excellent communication to align

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare construction or capital improvement project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong ownership, sound judgment, and senior-level client interface skills.
• Experience leading large or technically challenging programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple healthcare projects or programs.
• Serve as primary client interface to senior executives and facilities leadership.
• Lead project teams through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish governance structures, escalation protocols, and communication routines.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect operations and schedule.
