STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare capital programs in North Texas, with options to base in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Houston, or Austin.

The role centers on strategic delivery, coordinating with executive stakeholders, clinicians, designers, contractors, and STV partners to drive outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree or licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare construction or complex facility project leadership.
• Proven ability to represent the client with sound judgment and ownership of outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple healthcare projects or programs, aligning resources and execution plans with client goals.
• Serve as primary client interface with executives, facilities leadership, clinical stakeholders, and partners.
• Lead projects through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout with safety, quality, schedule, and cost focus.
• Establish governance structures, escalation protocols, and clear communication routines for stakeholders.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and procurement strategy.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks to protect operations and schedule.
