• Associates degree in business or health field with 4+ years experience, or 6 years with commitment to enroll in an Associate's program within 6 months and obtain an Associate's degree within 4 years.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for other locations; Associates degree for New Ulm.
• Leadership experience is preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs business operations.
• Manages staff and performance including coaching, recognizing, and annual reviews.
• Addresses patient and family concerns with providers and staff to ensure resolution.
• Participates in budget planning and monitors the operations budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
