Job summary

Allina Health in Bloomington, MN seeks an experienced Registered Nurse supervisor to oversee patient care and clinical operations, partnering with site leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will drive staff education and management across Women’s Health locations in Bloomington and nearby sites.

The role is 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period), an 8-hour day shift with no weekends, located at multiple Women’s Health sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of RN hospital/clinic experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operations and staff supervision.
• Partners with site leadership to develop and evaluate patient care processes.
• Leads staff education and training to maintain clinical licensure scope.
• Supports budgeting, capital requests and resource planning.
• May supervise a remote workforce as needed.
